Support
If you are in crisis, please use one of these.
Settle is not a crisis tool. If you are thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, or if something serious is happening right now, please contact one of the services below. They are free, and they are run by people whose job is to help.

Outside Australia
Settle is built in Melbourne and the resources above are Australian. If you are elsewhere, please search for your country's crisis line. The Find A Helpline directory lists vetted services worldwide.
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now. Reading this page is not the right step.
What Settle can and cannot do
- Settle cannot read your items. They are stored only in your browser, not on a server. We do not detect crisis content because we cannot see your content.
- Settle does not refer you anywhere. If you write something serious into Settle, no alert goes anywhere. This page is the only referral, and you have to come to it yourself.
- Settle does not replace human support. Working through small items can be useful. Some things are not small. Please reach out.
